How does onboarding work and how long does it take?

Onboarding:
Onboarding usually takes one to two weeks, depending on the size of your team and systems. During this time, our technicians handle setup and transitions smoothly so your business stays productive.

Support:
Support is available both onsite across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey, and remotely nationwide, so you always have coverage where you need it.

Support Hours:
Our help desk is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with after-hours emergency support available for critical issues. You can contact us by phone, email, or by submitting a help desk ticket, and our team typically responds within 30 minutes or less.

What happens after the discovery call?

After the call, we schedule an onsite assessment to review your environment and confirm requirements. If it looks like a good fit, we prepare a tailored quote. Once approved, we begin onboarding to set up security, domains, and devices so you are ready for ongoing support.

 

What does onboarding include?

Onboarding covers everything from MFA setup and domain transfers to device enrollment and account configuration. We handle the heavy lifting so your team can keep working without disruption.

What happens once onboarding is complete?

You gain access to responsive IT support with one-ticket resolution and ongoing vCIO/vCISO guidance. Our team works with you long term to keep your systems secure, reliable, and aligned with your business goals.

3-Month Introductory Plan – a short-term commitment that gives you the opportunity to experience our IT support and cybersecurity services. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel at the end of the 3 months with no further obligation.
Annual Plans – discounted rates for organizations ready to commit longer-term.
Project-Based Work – hourly or fixed-fee engagements for one-time IT or cybersecurity projects.
